It's not Omanga ( photos making rounds online)

 You may have seen these photos making rounds online. They show a lady jumping over a fence, at night.

While the location remains unknown, the dress on the lady seems very familiar. 

Nominated MP Omanga has a similar dress. The lady jumping over the fence is close in size to Omanga. We just have no face to the photo nor do we think it's Omanga.

What do you think? is it her or its a prank?
